Are you passionate about supplier partnerships and procurement excellence? Do you thrive on simplifying complex processes and standardizing solutions across multiple business lines? As an Equipment Procurement Manager on our team, you'll be the single-threaded owner for FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement. You'll leverage data analytics to identify optimization opportunities, lead cross-functional sourcing events, and collaborate with teams across Worldwide Retail Grocery and Development Team to aggregate demand and achieve enterprise-level buying leverage. This role offers the unique opportunity to influence procurement strategy, build strong supplier relationships, and implement innovative cost reduction initiatives that directly impact our growing retail footprint. If you're ready to challenge the status quo, think creatively about procurement solutions, and make a measurable difference in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment we want to hear from you!

Key job responsibilities

- On-Time, Under-Budget Delivery: Manage procurement operations to deliver projects on schedule and within budget; track purchase orders from execution through delivery to ensure timely completion.

- Vendor Partnerships: Create and nurture strong vendor partnerships; ensure quality compliance and timely deliveries.

- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams including Design, Construction, Finance, Operations, and Category Management to coordinate procurement activities and resolve project challenges.

- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve procurement obstacles quickly in a fast-paced environment; develop creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.

- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement processes to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve stakeholder experience.

- Budget Management: Track and manage budgets across multiple sites and projects; optimize spending while maintaining quality standards.

- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.

You'll request and review quotes, process purchase orders and invoices, and redline plans to verify equipment specifications. Project management is central, tracking projects from kickoff through closeout while ensuring on-time, under-budget delivery. The fast-paced environment requires constant problem-solving to overcome obstacles and keep store openings on schedule.
