What You'll Be Doing- Lead and support daily operational engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance
- Analyze processes, equipment, and production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, modifications, and capital improvements
- Ensure engineering practices align with operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
What Are We Looking For- Demonstrated capability in operational or industrial engineering within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and operational levels
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency with engineering tools, systems, and technical documentation
Conditions of Employment- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
