Job DescriptionThe Equipment Engineer will work in an automated warehouse and will maintain the leased equipment. Will be responsible for the agreements governing the service, ensuring they are followed and meet the local and global requirements.
Duties will include:- Manage the suppliers, making certain they abide by safety regulations.
- Supervise the racking system, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure they are within global standards.
- Coordinate with supplier technicians for the execution of predictive, preventative, corrective maintenance in the forklifts and AGVs.
- Will be the software superuser for manual and automated fleet and will set up parameters aligned with operations of the equipment.
- Manage the battery room, batteries, chargers, and equipment needed for the AGVs and manual forklifts.
- Lead and maintain the budget.
- Ensure the spare parts inventory is available for vital issues per the service level agreement.
- Report any incidents that occur inside LVA to the responsible authorities.
- Monitor benchmarks for forklifts and automated guided vehicles.
Play your part in our team succeedingThe Warehouse department is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering to production all productive material needed in the site to fulfill customer orders as planned. The Equipment Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the equipment in the Materials Warehouse area.
Do you have what it takes?- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics, electricity, mechanics, electromechanics, industrial or related career) or equivalent combination is preferred.
- Significant work experience in industrial maintenance or warehouse control systems, diagrams, mechanical diagrams, and robotics
Preferred:- Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanical systems, electrical systems, electronic components, MSOffice and the reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Hands on experience with Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and quality tools.
Additional- Seeking someone with the ability to travel globally.
- This position will work onsite 5 days a week.

The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
