Position Overview:
* This position will work onsite 2 days per week in the Sacramento office.
Plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The front line of our customer support, troubleshooting issues, providing technical expertise, triaging issues, and delivering top-notch solutions to enhance the customer experience.
Job Description:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
- Epic Resolute certification required within 6 months of hire

Pay Range is $38.55 to $57.83 / hour
The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidates experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
