Qualifications

• Epic Research certification required; additional certifications in related fields are preferred.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in an Epic-focused role in healthcare is essential.
• Familiarity with Epic reporting tools like Clarity, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer is advantageous.
• Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system is preferred but not mandatory.
• Deep understanding of clinical or operational workflows in a research environment is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are crucial for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and configuration of Epic Research systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and DTP teams to align the Epic system with research community needs.
• Manage the incident queue in ServiceNow, overseeing issue resolution from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain detailed system build documentation and decision logs for transparency.
• Create comprehensive test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Execute testing and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and optimization.
• Provide tipsheets and end user support documentation as needed.
