Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Implements and leads the education and training plan for the EMR system and Upstate specific applications. Develops schedules and tracks all training efforts. Prepare training material for multiple delivery modes. Develop expertise in assigned applications as well as business area and departmental workflows. Leads project management initiatives, coordinates training and activities of department-based trainers and ensures they maintain competency. Reports project status information to management and/or project requestors on a timely basis.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferably in Education, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Health information Management, Business, Finance, Nursing, or an Allied Health Profession. 3 years relevant professional work experience (preferably in a healthcare setting) or equivalent combination of education and experience along with strong analytic, interpersonal skills, presentation, and customer service orientation required.

Work Days:

Days Mon-Fri and off hours on an occasional basis
