Key Responsibilities:
As an Epic HIM Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Advanced proficiency in Epic Health Information Management (HIM) is recommended.
Execute assigned tasks with increasing independence while seeking guidance to resolve common technical issues.
- Recognize recurring patterns in system behavior and contribute to improving support processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall project outcomes and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Engage in continuous learning to deepen understanding of the software environment and related technologies.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic HIM Analyst role
- Current Epic HIM Certification
Education: - High School Diploma / GED
