Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 4 years of relevant IT experience)
• Clinical Epic certification required
• 3-5 years of experience with implementations in large organizations
• 3-5 years of experience in change management for IT project success
• Preferred healthcare experience with direct client knowledge of clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise for assigned Clinical applications module.
• Collaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system effectively.
• Lead small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives, including design and testing phases.
• Participate in design and validation sessions, ensuring appropriate documentation and issue escalation.
• Provide technical and clinical consultation, evaluating system needs to develop recommendations.
• Develop and maintain all required system design and build documentation.
• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and reporting issues associated with Epic software.
