Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in relevant field
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role

Responsibilities

• Oversee section operations including staff development and profitability
• Serve as Project Manager for production and management of projects
• Manage administrative and technical service functions of the section
• Participate in marketing planning, proposal development, and interviews
• Engage with industrial and public clients on project-related issues
• Ensure work is well-planned, organized, and evaluated through proactive management
• Select, train, and develop technical personnel
• Develop and manage multidiscipline teams
• Collaborate with National Directors on marketing and production efforts
• Work with environmental leadership to implement strategic goals
• Oversee projects in areas such as resources, water, and transportation
• Perform additional duties as required
