Full Job Description
Phlow is seeking an EHS professional to support a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible manufacturing operation. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, and employees across the site to manage EHS programs, identify and mitigate risks, maintain regulatory compliance, and promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and sustain EHS programs, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and facility assessments to verify effectiveness of EHS programs and drive corrective actions
  • Manage regulatory compliance for the site operations through implementation of compliance calendar
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams on EHS compliance obligations and risk mitigation
  • Deliver and coordinate safety training for new hire, refresher, and specialized programs
  • Coordinate incident response and management to include incident investigation and corrective actions
  • Review and approve work authorization for contractor and maintenance work, including LOTO, Confined Space, and Hot Work
  • Conduct environmental and industrial hygiene monitoring and risk assessment activities for Operation and Maintenance tasks
  • Providing guidance on safety procedures and training employees in safe work practices

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000, with the final offer determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and education. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Phlow's bonus and stock option programs.
