BS in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Environmental Engineering or similar fields
Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG), or related licensure preferred
Military candidates must hold rank E-6/O-1/O-2 and meet education/license qualifications
Responsibilities
Support the Environmental department manager with technical, managerial, and administrative tasks
Oversee Environmental services projects from start to finish, review reports, and prepare proposals
Lead and mentor a team of environmental technicians and project managers
Manage daily operations, including approving timecards, onboarding, training, and productivity assessments
Drive growth through marketing, business development, and client management
Assist in recruiting to maintain the necessary staff levels
Perform additional duties as assigned

Responsibilities
Provide support to the Environmental department manager, while performing technical, managerial, and administrative duties
Oversee various Environmental services projects through all phases to completion, perform report reviews, and prepare proposals for environmental services.
Lead and mentor a group of environmental technicians and/or project managers (must supervise a minimum of least 2 full-time employees)
Duties regarding daily management of the group include timecard approval, onboarding, training, managing productivity, load leveling, moving the mail, ensuring deliverable deadlines are met, and making the group accountable for invoicing and collection efforts
This position requires a commitment to manage the group for continued growth with a strong emphasis on marketing, business development, and client development
As needed, assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group
Other duties as assigned
