Primary Responsibilities. - Creating, modifying, and executing test plans to satisfy program requirements. - Completing requirements verification and validation documentation and reports. - Briefing internal parties on test results and data. - The position may require working outside in all weather conditions and lifting up to 50 pounds. - The position may require minimal travel for test events (approximately 4 weeks a year). Basic Qualifications. - The position requires an ABET accredited B.S. or equivalent degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering. - Candidates must have basic understanding of developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures. - Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting and testing. - Ability to document test artifacts, test results, and supporting technical deliverables. - Candidate must be US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance. - Candidate must be a resident of Northern Alabama or willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL. Preferred Qualifications. - 0+ years of experience with test planning and execution. - Basic knowledge and operation of electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, voltmeter, signal analyzer/generator) - Basic experience software languages Python and LabVIEW. - Basic experience with Linux, MATLAB, and Wireshark.
