Job Description:Job DescriptionSpry Squared is looking for an entry level System Administrator with solid scripting skills in Python, Perl, Ansible. Position is 100% onsite, no remote work.
Responsibilities
- Setup and manage new and existing applications, tools, services, and cloud environments.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Python, Perl, Ansible Playbook) to streamline routine administrative tasks, deployments, and reporting.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing applications and APIs.
QualificationsRequired qualifications
- Must have active TOP SECRET clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or other STEM field (or equivalent full-time professional experience).
- 2+ years of professional systems administration experience.
- Familiarity with network management, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with systems internals, logging, operational data from applications and infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for documentation and collaboration with technical and non-technical staff.
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning new technologies.
- IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
