Role Overview

This is a premier entry-level legal position ideal for newly licensed attorneys or individuals looking to transition into personal injury law. Working fully on-site in Phoenix, AZ, this role requires no prior litigation experience. You will receive comprehensive, hands-on training and direct mentorship while learning case management, client advocacy, and foundational trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Litigation Training: Master the fundamentals of personal injury litigation, case tracking, and comprehensive case management processes.
  • Legal Writing: Draft formal pleadings, discovery requests, and legal motions under structured senior attorney supervision.
  • Client Advocacy: Communicate regularly with clients, provide strategic case updates, and guide them clearly through legal proceedings.
  • Litigation Support: Assist senior counsel with hearings, depositions, alternative dispute resolutions (mediations), and key client meetings.
  • Caseload Management: Support overall case strategy and trial preparation, gradually taking ownership of an assigned caseload as experience increases.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensing: Active Arizona State Bar License is strictly required.
