- Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions: start with a base salary of $63,000 and earn residual commissions.
- Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $100,000-$120,000
- Year 2 On-Target Earnings: $132,000-$152,000

What You'll Do as an Outside Sales Representative: - Partner with small businesses to provide best-in-class digital marketing solutions (websites, SEO, social ads, and more)
- Prospect and cold call within your territory to build your client base
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations
- Build long-term relationships and earn residual income through client retention
- Make a real impact by helping local businesses grow
