We are seeking a skilled and proactive Entra External Identity Administrator to lead the setup, configuration, and scalability of Entra within Active Directory. This role is critical in building a white-labeled identity solution that can be packaged and sold to external clients. You will also serve as an Azure Admin and coach development teams on portal integration and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and scale Entra External Identity within Active Directory.
Develop a how-to guide for scalable Entra setup and deployment.
Architect the solution to be white-labeled for resale to multiple clients.
Administer all aspects of the solution within Azure.
Coach and guide development teams on building and integrating the portal.
Define and document best practices for identity management and portal development.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with Entra External Identity and Active Directory.
Strong knowledge of Azure administration.
Ability to create scalable and repeatable identity solutions.
Experience in technical documentation and guide creation.
Comfortable leading and coaching development teams.
Strategic thinking around white-labeling and productization.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with multi-tenant architecture.
Familiarity with identity federation and SSO protocols.
Prior work in client-facing product development.
Knowledge of Azure B2C or similar external identity platforms.
Background in solution sales enablement or pre-sales engineering.
