Full Job Description
Enterprise Systems Automation Administrator is responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 tools. This position supports process improvement, reduces manual work, improves data accuracy, and helps business users streamline daily operations across Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Forms, Power Apps, and other Microsoft systems. There will be a strong focus on building automation and AI-powered experiences, including Copilot studio Agents, GenAI Agents, document intelligence, and prompt-driven workflows.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Build approval workflows, notification workflows, document routing, data collection, and task automation.
  • Connect Power Automate flows to Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneDrive, Forms, and Power Apps.
  • Analyze manual business processes and recommend automation solutions.
  • Create flows that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support compliance requirements.
  • Support lifecycle development and implement Power Platform solutions
  • Troubleshoot failed flows, connector issues, permissions, and data-processing errors.
  • Support integration with external systems using standard connectors, premium connectors, APIs, or gateways when required.
  • Maintain documentation for workflows, business rules, triggers, actions, owners, and change history.
  • Work with managers, users, and technical staff to gather requirements and test automation solutions.
  • Monitor workflow performance and make improvements as business needs change.
  • Follow security, privacy, access-control, and data-governance requirements.
  • Provide user support and basic training for automated processes.
  • Assist with Power Apps, SharePoint lists, dashboards, and Microsoft 365 process improvements as needed.


REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • CompTIA Security+ required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, business automation, IT support, or process improvement.
  • 2+ year of hands-on Power Automate experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification preferred but not required.


REQUIRES SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with Power Apps.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online lists and libraries.
  • Experience with Dataverse.
  • Experience using Power BI or reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with APIs, JSON, HTTP actions, or premium connectors.
  • Experience with government, defense, or regulated environments.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements such as CUI, NIST, CMMC, or FedRAMP environments.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
