Title:
Enterprise Supply Chain Manager

This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Enterprise Supply Chain Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, revise, and implement ongoing updates in safety regulations, laws and reporting requirements
  • Serve as the cross-site Supply Chain Manager and be responsible for all aspects of the enterprise supply chain. Direct, coordinate and manage the work teams associated with the supply chain functions including, but not limited to, loading dock management, supply management, warehouse management, vehicle management, transportation management, property management, procurement management, and copier maintenance
  • Notify site logistics GPOC's on significant logistics events
  • Act as the central point of contact for CLIN Manager, COTR and/or GPOC for logistics related work
  • Manage both the O&M logistical operations and mission logistics operations
  • Exercise quality control and standardize best practices to ensure consistent performance
  • Provide sufficient information to calculate the costs of services

Qualifications

Required:
  • Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity
  • Minimum of two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience in logistics operations or Supply Chain operations
  • Demonstrated experience implementing process improvement models
  • Demonstrated experience in warehousing, managing procurement programs, and logistical functions
  • Demonstrated track record in managing accountable property
  • Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment
  • Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills


Desired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar
  • Minimum of seven (7) years' experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity


Basic Compensation:

$94,100 - $115,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
