Requirements
Core Qualifications- 5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- Proven track record selling to mid-market and enterprise shippers
- Demonstrated success generating new revenue through prospecting and closing
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of freight markets, pricing, and capacity dynamics
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
