The Opportunity
We are seeking proven Enterprise Sales Professionals who thrive on landing major accounts, building strategic shipper relationships, and generating high-margin revenue. This role focuses on prospecting, closing enterprise shippers, and building a large book of business.

Location: Urbandale, IA - Hiring local in office and Remote (U.S Based)

Requirements

Core Qualifications
  • 5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
  • Proven track record selling to mid-market and enterprise shippers
  • Demonstrated success generating new revenue through prospecting and closing
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of freight markets, pricing, and capacity dynamics
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
