--What will your typical day look like?As a Senior Manager in People Risk, you will work collaboratively within a high-performing Enterprise Risk team to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. You will partner with clients to understand people-related risks and regulatory requirements, providing clear, practical recommendations and supporting delivery to drive sustainable, measurable impact.
You will lead end-to-end People Risk engagements-from shaping the approach to delivering high-quality outcomes-while balancing client service excellence, quality, and risk management. You will communicate complex information clearly and effectively through well-crafted deliverables and by facilitating executive-level discussions and working sessions, while contributing to the growth of both your own capabilities and the People Risk practice.
Some examples of day-to-day activities include:
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients on People Risk priorities, supporting informed and responsible decision-making
- Leading engagement teams and contributing to the development of team members in an inclusive and supportive environment
- Conducting current-state assessments of strategy, governance, policies, processes, and controls related to people risk, and tailoring approaches to the client context
- Identifying, prioritizing, and communicating key insights and recommendations, and supporting clients through implementation planning
- Developing and reviewing high-quality, accessible deliverables for senior audiences
- Designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions that support adoption and behaviour change
- Leading qualitative research (e.g., interviews, focus groups) to understand lived experiences and emerging risks, and synthesizing insights into clear, evidence-based findings
- Supporting account and pursuit activities, including identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and contributing to resourcing decisions
- Contributing to the growth of the People Risk offering through the development of client-ready materials, insights, and market-facing content
- Championing innovation, including the responsible use of AI

Enough about us, let's talk about youWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our People Risk offering within Enterprise Risk. This role is critical in helping clients navigate complex people-related risks, regulations, policies, and processes.

- You bring experience in one or more People Risk areas (e.g., people -related regulatory/ risk management, pay equity, culture and behavior risk, equity-centred design, accessibility, harassment and discrimination
- prevention, psychological health and safety, talent and workforce risk, social impact etc.), with the ability to apply this knowledge in different contexts
- You have experience leading complex projects, managing workplans and budgets, and supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- You are an inclusive people leader who values coaching, development, and building collaborative, high-performing teams
- You bring a consulting mindset, including structured problem-solving, clear and effective communication, and the ability to manage risk, scope, and timelines
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in consulting or a related field (e.g., human resources, DEIA, risk management), with demonstrated depth in relevant People Risk areas
- Experience leading client engagements and contributing to business development, including supporting pursuits, building relationships, or shaping proposals
- Ability to deliver strong client service by working collaboratively and supporting consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet commitments
- Ability to build trusted relationships and positively influence clients and teams
- Interest in people risks, including staying current with evolving practices, regulations, and client needs
- Ability to align work to broader organizational governance and risk management considerations and client priorities
- Relevant professional designations (e.g., risk, audit, HR, DEI, accessibility) are an asset, along with a commitment to continuous learning

Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $126,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
