Full Job Description
This role manages enterprise risk programs to help the organization understand and address risks affecting financial condition and operations. It leads the development, deployment, and documentation of scalable risk management processes across the enterprise. The role collaborates with governance functions and executive leadership to evaluate risk trade-offs and recommend risk responses. Success is measured by effective risk reporting, improved decision-making, and alignment with regulatory and governance requirements. The work supports informed business decisions and protects shareholder value by managing key enterprise risks.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise risk management programs and reporting to governance bodies to ensure comprehensive risk oversight
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to strengthen risk identification, monitoring, and reporting, and to improve the efficiency of risk management processes
  • Develop and recommend improvements to risk programs that manage key risks impacting shareholder value
  • Consult with executive leadership and governance partners on enterprise risks, opportunities, and response strategies
  • Facilitate creation and approval of risk treatment plans and communicate risk management solutions effectively
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff on risk management practices and stakeholder relationships

Base Pay Range: $77,300 - $139,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
