THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product, people, property, and information at our Distribution Centers (DCs). You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss throughout our locations. THE ROLEAs the Senior Manager/Manager, Risk, Distribution, you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
- Establish Aritzia's approach to Enterprise Risk Management
- Minimize the loss of merchandise
- Protect our people, our clients, and our communities
- Ensure the security of our physical assets
- Preserve and safeguard confidential information
THE QUALIFICATIONS The Senior Manager/Manager, Risk, Distribution, has:
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
