Responsibilities
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Program Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's ERM program. This role provides strategic oversight of enterprise-level risk assessments, policy and procedures, and risk reporting to include key risk metrics. The ERM Manager ensures alignment between the organization's risk appetite and its business strategy, while fostering a culture of risk education and awareness and proactive risk management. The role also oversees the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system, ensuring accurate data input, effective reporting, and system usability across the enterprise.
In addition, this position leads risk workshops, provides guidance to stakeholders, offers credible challenges, and collaborates across departments to identify and mitigate key and emerging risks. The ERM Manager is also expected to work on special risk management projects, based on leadership requests . As the ERM function is in the growth stage, this role is expected to drive multiple risk projects while also contributing to maturing the program and driving cross-functional collaboration. The ERM Program Manager may supervise risk staff and is responsible for training, stakeholder engagement, and facilitating risk governance activities. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and demonstrated experience in enterprise risk and GRC systems.

The minimum salary for this position is:
$87,000.00+/yr
