About the Role:We are seeking an
Enterprise Risk Management Analyst to advance the enterprise risk management program in support of effectively managing risks to our mission critical operations. This will include collaborating with business areas to identify, assess, monitor, and report on organizational risk. This role will serve in an advisory capacity to the Bank's Risk Management Committee. This position is based in Dallas, TX.
You Will:- Lead and support the ongoing process of the enterprise risk management (ERM) function, including identifying, assessing, prioritizing, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on enterprise-wide risks facing the organization
- Facilitate risk and fraud assessments, analyze the results of the assessments, and track and report on progress of risk mitigation plans
- Foster a culture of proactive risk management across the Bank, promoting risk awareness and culture using three lines of defense approach
- Design and deliver educational training or other presentation materials in support of enhancing risk awareness
- Assist in the development of risk appetite and tolerances at both the enterprise and department level; including creation of a mechanism to report and monitor key performance indicators
- Analyze risk themes across the enterprise and periodically report out to the Bank's Risk Management Committee
- Help enhance the Bank's risk function by applying latest technologies and data analytics to ensure the maintenance and implementation of best-in-class risk practices
- Routinely serve on District and System-level enterprise risk related projects and initiatives
You Have:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field
- Three years of relevant professional experience evaluating; organizational risk, performing management testing or audit testing
- Industry certifications a plus; such as; Risk Management Certification, Risk Management Assurance, Project Management Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Enterprise Risk Management Certified Professional (ERMCP), Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) or equivalent
- Understanding of risk management concepts
- Meeting and facilitation skills; ability to present with both technical and non-technical audiences, and governance groups
- Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

Notes:This position may be filled at various levels based on candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.
This position requires onsite presence 4 days per week at our Dallas office. Occasional travel may be required, estimated at less than 10% of the time.
