Brief Overview of Position:Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking candidates for the Enterprise Request Fulfillment (ERF) Manager role that that serves the organization. This role could be filled both onsite at a Government facility or at a contractor provided facility.
Primary Responsibilities:The Enterprise Request Fulfillment Manager directs all account management, provisioning, access control, entitlement, and user administration support services provided to the client.
Additionally, in this position you will:
- Manage all ERF and Account Management activities.
- Oversee account provisioning and de-provisioning operations.
- Coordinate workload management and staffing.
- Monitor access management SLA performance.
- Perform audit reviews and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate with Cybersecurity and Active Directory teams.
- Develop process improvements and workforce metrics.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Five (5) years of IT operations leadership experience.
- Experience managing identity and access management operations.
