Job Description
You will lead enterprise supply‑chain risk identification and readiness by assessing demand, supply, capacity, and execution constraints; translate risk insights into mitigation strategies, establish early‑warning indicators, and maintain enterprise risk visibility. Coordinate cross‑functionally to develop and execute readiness plans, guide scenario planning and mitigation execution, track readiness and performance metrics, and communicate risks and trade‑offs to leadership to ensure business continuity and operational performance. You will report to the Material Program, Team Lead and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.
Your Responsibilities:- Support large‑scale programs and multi‑region projects.
- Plan | Source | Make | Deliver processes.
- Analyze supply‑chain performance to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
- Translate data and analysis into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Partner with planning teams to review, refine, or improve planning tools, parameters, or strategies.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects and work with global team members.
- Present findings to operational and leadership audiences.
The Essentials - You Will Have:- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.

- The ability to travel 10% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, materials management, or related roles within a global, matrixed organization.
- Experience supporting regional or global supply‑chain networks across APAC, EMEA, and/or the Americas.
- Familiarity with advanced planning systems, ERP planning tools, or analytics platforms.
- Experience presenting supply‑chain risks, trade‑offs, and opportunities to senior or executive leadership.
- Prior involvement in materials optimization, inventory strategy, or service risk mitigation initiatives.
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $105,760 - $158,640 with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found . Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
