Job Summary:
The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating complex, large-scale, enterprise-wide projects that support the organization's strategic, operational, and performance objectives. This role provides project leadership from initiation through implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and operational goals. The Enterprise Project Manager collaborates with executive leadership, operational leaders, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives, process improvements, operational efficiencies, and transformational change across the enterprise.

The position is heavily focused on operational project management, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and change management. The Enterprise Project Manager utilizes established project management methodologies and best practices to standardize processes, monitor project performance, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Position Requirement(s): License/Certification/Registration
Required:
- Project Management Program (PMP) certification within 1 year of hire and maintained going forward.
- Valid Driver's Licenses

Preferred:
- Project Management Program (PMP) certification upon hire.

To support these goals, the Grant Management Team coordinates the implementation of grant-funded capital, operational, and programmatic projects across the organization. These initiatives often require collaboration among internal departments, support services, program staff, vendors, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.

The Grants Project Manager supports the organization by leading the execution of complex grant-funded projects that advance strategic and operational objectives. Working in partnership with program leaders, operational and support departments, vendors, contractors, funders, and grant management staff, this role drives project planning, coordination, and implementation from initiation through completion. The Grants Project Manager helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved scope while facilitating communication, coordinating resources, managing project risks, and supporting successful project outcomes.
