Full Job Description

The Enterprise Partnership Manager builds and scales strategic relationships that connect 7-Eleven with enterprise merchants, commerce platforms, channel providers, and other ecosystem partners. The role identifies new sources of demand and creates referral programs, joint go-to-market motions, and other commercial pathways that unlock growth across 7-Eleven’s digital initiatives. This manager owns the partnership lifecycle end to end, from prospecting and qualification through business-case development, deal negotiation, onboarding, launch, and ongoing account growth. The role works across internal teams and external partners to convert complex opportunities into executable programs with clear economics, ownership, milestones, and performance measures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Enterprise Partner Development: Build and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise merchants, channel providers, commerce platforms, technology partners, and adjacent ecosystem partners that can expand demand or create strategic value for 7-Eleven.
  • Prospecting and Qualification: Source opportunities through targeted outreach, industry relationships, referrals, internal networks, and partner ecosystems; assess strategic fit, customer value, economics, technical requirements, operating feasibility, and speed to impact.
  • Referral Programs: Design and launch scalable referral programs that connect enterprise partners, merchants, channel providers, and relevant 7-Eleven capabilities.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Create joint go-to-market plans, partner enablement materials, incentive structures, lead-sharing processes, and campaigns that generate qualified opportunities.
  • Commercial Development: Lead discovery, opportunity shaping, business-case development, diligence, proposal creation, and commercial negotiations.
  • Cross-Functional Deal Leadership: Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and Analytics to define terms, operating requirements, integration needs, and launch commitments.
  • Onboarding and Launch: Own the transition from signed agreement to execution, including onboarding plans, integration dependencies, operating readiness, partner enablement, and launch governance.
  • Account Management and Growth: Serve as the primary post-launch business relationship lead; establish governance routines, performance reviews, joint growth plans, and expansion opportunities across 7-Eleven.
  • Performance Management: Establish scorecards covering pipeline progression, referral activity, conversion, launch readiness, revenue or volume contribution, partner economics, and account health.
  • Operating Discipline and Communication: Maintain accurate forecasts, opportunity documentation, ownership maps, executive updates, and repeatable playbooks for sourcing, negotiating, launching, and growing partnerships.

  • Working knowledge of digital commerce, marketplaces, loyalty, retail media, merchant technology, fulfillment, delivery, or adjacent ecosystems.
