Everforth ECS is seeking a Enterprise Operations Manager - SME to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide operations and service delivery for Task 4, ensuring alignment with ARNG infrastructure objectives.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and performance standards for network operations and cybersecurity integration.
  • Direct resource allocation and prioritize operational tasks to support mission readiness and system availability.
  • Implement incident escalation protocols and continuity planning to maintain operational resilience.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity policies, including RMF sustainment and configuration management.
  • Advise Government leadership on enterprise risk management, modernization impacts, and operational strategies.
  • Oversee service-level performance metrics to ensure adherence to established objectives.
