Enterprise Marketing Manager, Events is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic vision for Dentsply Sirona's commercial events across North America. This role ensures consistent, impactful, and customer-centric event experiences that strengthen brand perception, deepen customer engagement, generate demand, and accelerate commercial growth.
This individual defines what "great" looks like across external events, tradeshows, roadshows, customer programs, education programs, and flagship experiences, helping design the standards, frameworks, tools, and best practices required to execute events with excellence. This individual shapes the strategic framework to help determine which events are prioritized, how events are supported and how DS creates meaningful customer journeys before, during, and after each interaction.
The role partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Education, Enterprise & Channel Marketing, and Commercial Operations teams to maximize customer satisfaction, lead conversion, opportunity creation, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the North America commercial event strategy aligned to annual business objectives and commercial priorities.
- Establish a clear event portfolio strategy including tradeshows, regional events, customer education programs, roadshows, dealer events, and flagship experiences.
- Develop event investment recommendations and prioritization frameworks to maximize commercial impact and ROI.
- Identify emerging event trends, customer engagement opportunities, and best practices that elevate the customer experience.
- Lead marketing communications for DS World and other high-priority events.
- Define how Dentsply Sirona shows up at events and create a consistent standard for execution excellence.
- Develop and maintain the event playbook, experience standards, governance processes, and operational frameworks.
- Design the end-to-end customer experience across the entire event lifecycle:
- Pre-event engagement
- Event experience
- Post-event follow-up and nurturing
- Collaborate across business units to ensure event messaging is aligned and customer-focused.
- Support continuing education initiatives with effective journey-based communications.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives as needed to deliver against commercial execution goals.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to define event objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing/Communications role, preferably within a global, matrixed organization or regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or technology).
- Understanding of experience-based marketing events and event-based demand generation activities.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex go-to-market execution plans across multiple channels and working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding and ability to deliver clear marketing funnel activities with attribution, inclusive of short- and long-term campaign execution.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Proven budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
- Ability to travel 10-20% as required.
The base salary for this role is between $94,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
