Role Overview:The
Pro One Integration Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing, orchestrating, and accelerating complex integrations across the Pro One ecosystem, including
DealerCONNECT and external platforms.
This role operates at the center of highly visible, executive-priority initiatives, ensuring seamless identity integration, secure data exchange, and rapid delivery of capabilities across Client and partner platforms.
The architect must combine deep technical expertise with relentless execution, navigating enterprise processes while driving outcomes at speed.
Core Accountability1. Identity & SSO Integration Leadership - Architect and deliver seamless SSO and federated identity solutions with (and not limited to):
- Design and implement SAML / OIDC / enterprise IAM (Ping Federate) solutions to enable secure, frictionless access
2. Dealer Ecosystem Integration - Serve as the technical authority for DealerCONNECT integration and dealer experience
- Define:
- Access model (roles, users, onboarding)
- Link placement and navigation
- SSO integration approach and timelines
3. Data & Integration Architecture - Define and implement Dealer Data exchange models with external partners (e.g., SHAED)
- Architect integration of:
- VIN, inventory, order tracking, and upfit data
- Ensure alignment with data privacy, PII handling, and enterprise data standards
4. External Partner Technical Onboarding - Lead onboarding of SaaS partners through Client Product Approval Roadmap (PAR)
- Drive collection and validation of security, architecture, and compliance artifacts
- Establish direct, effective working model with partner engineering teams
5. IT Gate, Security & Compliance Acceleration - Rapidly and thoroughly navigate and complete:
- IT Gate Reviews
- Security and privacy assessments
- Architecture approvals
- Balance speed with enterprise rigor, ensuring approvals are secured thoroughly and without delay
6. Execution Under Pressure (Critical Programs) - Operate within high-visibility, executive-priority initiatives
- Proactively:
- Remove technical and organizational blockers
- Drive issue resolution across IAM, network, and platform teams
- Escalate decisively when required to maintain delivery timelines
Success Factors - Delivers outcomes, not just architecture
- Executes at enterprise scale with startup-level speed ( "speed of AI")
- Navigates Client processes while cutting through bureaucracy
- Knows when and how to escalate to unblock delivery
- Continuously challenges the status quo to accelerate time-to-market
Profile - Deep expertise in SSO, federation (SAML/OIDC), IAM, and integration architecture
- Proven experience with DealerCONNECT and enterprise integration patterns
- Strong command of security, privacy, and IT governance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure and deliver against aggressive timelines.
