DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Enterprise Integration Architect
  • Classification: Exempt/Full-time
  • Reports to: SVP of Data Management
  • Travel: %10
  • Salary: $200,000.00-$215,000.00
  • Location: Remote
Role overview DUAL North America is seeking an experienced Enterprise Integration Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of the organization's enterprise integration, operational data store (ODS), and data warehouse architecture. This role will be responsible for defining enterprise integration patterns, real-time event-driven architectures, API strategies, master data management (MDM) practices, operational data flows, and data movement patterns across Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Distribution, and Analytics platforms. The Enterprise Integration Architect will serve as the technical authority for enterprise integration and data movement, partnering closely with Business Architects, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Data Engineers, Development Teams, and Enterprise Leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient integration capabilities. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Informatica expertise with strong enterprise architecture capabilities and a passion for designing modern, API-first, event-driven ecosystems. This role aligns closely with existing Informatica integration architecture and real-time integration practices using Informatica IDMC, Cloud Application Integration (CAI), API Manager, Integration Hub, and enterprise integration standards. Role responsibilities
  • Define and govern enterprise integration architecture standards and patterns.
  • Establish API-first, event-driven, and real-time integration strategies.
  • Design scalable integration architectures across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise platforms.
  • Create enterprise reference architectures and reusable integration frameworks.
  • Establish standards for synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, and publish/subscribe architectures.
  • Lead architecture reviews and approve enterprise integration designs.
  • Mentor integration developers, data engineers, and architects.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Security, Data, and Application Development teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to technology leadership.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance
  • Establish KPIs, SLAs, and delivery accountability frameworks
  • Support SAFe 6.0 and ITIL process execution
Key requirements
  • 15+ years experience managing and/or directing a Data Management operation or team
  • Proven experience leading strategic planning and initiative designs
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-platform initiatives across all integration patterns (EAI, ETL/ELT, Streaming)
  • Proven experience leading high-growth, fast-paced teams
  • Knowledge and experience of DAMA DMBOK and the different disciplines of Data Management
