Full Job Description
Make an impact with our Technology - Solution Delivery team as an Enterprise Initiatives Manager. This diverse team of tech-savvy builders and problem solvers embraces digital transformation, and the possibilities technology brings to the future of our industry. We're looking for team members who have a strong sense of ownership and drive, and who thrive on delivering high-quality solutions that are redefining the way MNP does business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal business leaders to clarify vision, define scope, and translate ideas into structured initiatives
  • Lead initiatives from definition through execution and businessadoption, ensuring outcomes are realized
  • Translate agreed direction into clear plans and deliverables to drive disciplined execution
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives of varying size and complexity
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across internal functions (e.g., Business, Legal, Human Capital, Marketing, Technology, Executive leadership) to drive decisions and maintain momentum
  • Establish and apply appropriate project governance, including plans, timelines, status reporting, and risk/issue management
  • Drive alignment across senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions to resolve ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Manage change effectively, supporting adoption and ensuring initiatives are embedded within the business
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of MNP's services, operating model, and industry context


Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a business or consulting environment
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills
  • Strong problem-structuring and analytical capabilities
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies; ability to apply pragmatically
  • Solid understanding of change management principles and business adoption
  • PMP certification or equivalent considered an asset
  • Prior experience in management consulting and/or professional services environment (e.g., accounting or finance) considered an asset
