Enterprise Informatics Sales Executive, Radiology (New York)

Drive revenue growth and operational excellence as a Field Sales Executive by leveraging data, LEAN strategies, and strong customer relationships to optimize territory performance, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.

Your role:

  • Optimizes field sales processes by applying LEAN principles and continuous improvement strategies, driving efficiency, and reducing waste to enhance overall performance, and ensuring that all processes are aligned with best practices.
  • Develops and executes territory business plans driving product usage and brand recommendation, to meet and exceed direct sales targets, working under limited supervision.
  • Conducts detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews within the assigned territory, providing comprehensive analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions, and recommending adjustments to improve sales outcomes.

  • Bachelor's Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
  • Technical competence with the Philips PACS required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales in clinical, medical device or related industry preferred.
  • Evaluates field sales performance using key metrics and KPIs, providing regular and detailed feedback to the sales team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to address any performance gaps.
    Interacts regularly with senior management to align field sales strategies with Philips objectives, ensuring that all efforts are coordinated and aligned with overall business goals, and providing regular updates on performance and strategy.
    Establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements, using strong project management skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness, and ensuring that all resources are allocated effectively.
    Strategizes and innovates sales approaches to maximize revenue growth, continuously seeking new opportunities and methods to enhance sales performance, and leveraging market insights to drive strategic decisions.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $238,000 to $336,000 annually, plus company fleet/car in NY. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
