JOB DESCRIPTION

You lead the end-to-end sales effort to deliver enterprise Healthcare Payments solutions that meet clients’ needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, using strong problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills to navigate complexity and drive outcomes. You consistently and credibly position value propositions, continuously learning and evolving as products, client needs, and market dynamics change.

As an Enterprise Healthcare Payments Sales professional in Healthcare Payments , you originate, advance, and close complex opportunities across key client relationships and prospect pursuits. You serve as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding client needs, advocating internally to secure the right outcomes, and translating market and client feedback to Product teams. You will engage with some of the largest provider groups supported by JPMorgan Chase, with most prospects and clients being multi-billion-dollar provider groups. In this role you will be expected to carry your own quota and will be responsible for prospecting and creating your pipeline, leads, and opportunities. You are responsible for understanding the customer’s pain points, recommending solutions that best fit their needs, and negotiating effectively—both internally to secure outcomes for clients and externally to position value and drive alignment. You will work directly with the Treasury Representative and Healthcare Banker and support Healthcare Payments product needs.

Job responsibilities

  •  Leads the full sales process for existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities, defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives, specifically within and across Patient Management Systems and other Hospital Systems
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of client needs and current industry trends, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and upskilling
  • Owns pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and execution of sales strategies; contributes to training and collateral materials to strengthen product knowledge and value positioning
  • Engages directly with clients to surface pain points, validate requirements, and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
  • Drives a goal- and quota-oriented sales approach, clearly articulating value propositions and negotiating with clients to reach successful commercial and implementation outcomes
  • Operates with strong organization in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent pursuits and deliverables; applies analytical problem-solving and sound judgment across competing priorities
  • Sources new opportunities while shepherding inbound requests; prepares and delivers client pitches (including onsite as needed) and represents the business at conferences and industry events
  • Partners effectively across multiple departments to align stakeholders, remove blockers, and deliver an excellent client experience from pursuit through execution
  • Takes a consultative approach with clients and works to deeply understand the current state and future state, with product implementation experience

     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  •  5+ years of experience or equivalent sales expertise, including complex problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience owning a full sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis, including executive-level stakeholders
  •  Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to address complex problems; strong multitasking and prioritization skills with a track record of delivery
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization, including the ability to influence and negotiate internally to advocate for client needs
  •  Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management
  • Exhibits excellent people skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams; strong teamwork and partnership mindset
  • Proven success with strong communication skills, verbal and written, including confident client-facing presentations and value positioning
  • Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across a multitude of scenarios; eager to learn and continuously evolve with new products, capabilities, and market dynamics
  • Travel required, expected roughly 35%
