About the RoleSporting Events represents one of CharterUP's largest untapped growth opportunities within Enterprise Events. We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Enterprise Account Executive to develop and grow partnerships across the sporting events ecosystem. This role will focus on generating new business within mid-market and enterprise sporting events including tournaments, races, collegiate athletics, recurring annual events, and large-scale fan experiences.

The ideal candidate is a proactive enterprise seller who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building markets from scratch, and understands how to create momentum within relationship-driven industries.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities across tournaments, races, collegiate athletics, golf events, fan experiences, and recurring sporting events
  • Build territory and account strategies focused on long-term relationship development
Own the Full Sales Cycle
  • Manage enterprise opportunities from prospecting through close
  • Navigate procurement processes, RFPs, and multi-stakeholder buying environments
  • Build and maintain relationships across operations, procurement, logistics, and executive stakeholders

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and event stakeholders
  • Position CharterUP as a strategic transportation partner within the sporting events ecosystem

  • Help shape how CharterUP expands within emerging event sub-verticals

  • Experience selling into sporting events, hospitality, event services, event operations, sports partnerships, logistics, or related industries
  • Proven ability to prospect and build pipeline independently
  • Experience managing long, relationship-driven sales cycles
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex buying environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving organizations
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn operational aspects of the business
  • Strong preference for experience in the transportation/transit/mobility industry
