Full Job Description
Who You Are:

The Manager, Enterprise Data Strategy serves as the bridge between technical data teams and business leadership, translating complex data, reporting, and analytics capabilities into clear, actionable business strategy. This role owns the organization's enterprise approach to data, analytics, and training - setting the roadmap, standards, and governance that ensure reporting and data assets are trusted, consistent, and aligned to business needs. The Manager partners closely with stakeholders across the business to identify needs, oversee the design and delivery of analytics reporting solutions, and build organizational understanding and engagement through training and documentation.

What You're Good At:

Enterprise Data & Analytics Strategy
  • Own and evolve the enterprise reporting and analytics roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and scales across teams.
  • Set and maintain organization-wide design standards, templates, and reusable components for reporting and analytics assets.
  • Provide strategic input on semantic model structure and measures, ensuring the underlying data foundation supports business reporting needs.
  • Evaluate and consult on external/third-party data sources, guiding how they are integrated into enterprise reporting and shared with stakeholders.

Business Partnership & Translation
  • Act as the primary liaison between technical data/BI teams and business leadership, translating complex data capabilities into actionable strategy and recommendations.
  • Lead stakeholder discovery to surface business questions and reporting needs, and translate them into scoped, prioritized analytics initiatives.
  • Facilitate stakeholder review, feedback, and beta sessions throughout the design and build process.

Analytics Delivery Oversight
  • Create wireframing and solution design for new reporting initiatives, ensuring usability and consistency with enterprise standards.
  • Oversee handoff to report builders/developers and provide ongoing design consulting through initial build, QC, and refinement.
  • Drive design cleanup, formatting, and navigation improvements (tooltips, linkages, wayfinding) across the reporting portfolio.
  • Maintain a central library of reusable assets (templates, images, logos, and other design elements).

Training & Enablement
  • Own the organization's training strategy for data and analytics tools, including the structure and content of the internal training site.
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards, including tool tips-and-tricks guides, individual report documentation, and training video walkthroughs.
  • Plan and deliver team training sessions to build data literacy and self-service analytics capability across the organization.
  • Ensure continuity for optimizing reports with wayfinding, enhancements and tooltips based on user feedback and questions.

What You Contribute:

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, including direct client- or stakeholder-facing work.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical/data concepts into clear business strategy and recommendations for non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), including report/dashboard design and semantic modeling concepts.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading discovery and review sessions.
  • Experience developing training materials, documentation, or enablement programs.

Preferred
  • Prior consulting experience, particularly in a role bridging technical delivery and business strategy.
  • Experience establishing or scaling enterprise-wide reporting standards and governance.
  • Familiarity with third-party/syndicated data sources and vendor relationships.
  • Strong background in CPG, Circana and DSD distribution channels.
