Job Description:

This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of '31st December 2028'. As we move closer to '31st December 2028' we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end

Senior Manager, Enterprise Commercial Technology Product Success Manager

Are you ready to play a defining role in one of the most exciting corporate integrations in recent history? As Mars embarks on the historic integration of Kellanova, our Commercial Technology team is leading the charge in driving digital synergy, systems harmonization, and global scale. In this strategic role, you will serve as the dedicated Single Point of Contact (SPOC) bridging the gap between our business integration workstreams and specialized technical product teams. You will own the technical delivery roadmap, translating complex integration requirements into an actionable backlog that directly shapes the future of our enterprise products and platforms.

Working in direct partnership with the MW Snacking Program/Transformation team (including Mars Global Services), you will be the orchestrator of technical execution. While Snacking leads overall program governance and change management, you will hold absolute accountability for technical delivery, leading cross-functional teams to execute on-time and to the highest standards. This is a rare opportunity to navigate a fast-paced, multi-year transformation where your technical credibility, diplomatic influence, and ability to thrive in ambiguity will leave a lasting legacy.

What are we looking for?
  • Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Progressive Experience: 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology projects, with a strong focus on SaaS platform implementations (e.g., procurement, enterprise systems).
  • M&A & Integration Expertise: A proven track record of operating successfully in merger & acquisition (M&A) or large-scale systems integration environments.
  • Technical & Lifecycle Depth: Deep understanding of the entire technology project lifecycle along with direct experience in enterprise integration concepts, APIs, middleware, and data harmonization frameworks.
  • Matrix Leadership: Demonstrated experience in matrix management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and direct cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams of Associates and external partners without direct authority.
  • Thriving in Ambiguity: Ability to navigate highly dynamic, fast-paced environments and make structured, logical decisions with incomplete information.
  • Influential Communication: Outstanding business acumen and emotional intelligence to negotiate with, influence, and align senior (including VP-level) stakeholders, paired with the technical credibility to collaborate with and challenge developers and solution architects.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Advanced Degree: Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Technical Delivery & Integration Ownership: Manage the end-to-end technical execution and delivery of all Commercial Technology initiatives supporting the Kellanova integration program.
  • Architecture & SaaS Alignment: Collaborate with solution and enterprise architects to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant integration architecture in line with global Mars technology standards.
  • Data Harmonization: Partner with master data teams to align and deliver critical data migration and harmonization efforts required for legacy and target systems.
  • Technical Translation: Work alongside business process owners to translate complex business requirements and existing operations into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the strategic gatekeeper and primary liaison between the Enterprise Commercial Technology team and the Kellanova integration workstreams.
  • Product Backlog Orchestration: Relay integration program requirements back to internal product teams to align backlogs, prioritize tasks, and resolve technical dependencies.
  • Executive Reporting & Visibility: Represent the Commercial Technology function in critical steering meetings, providing clear, objective, and executive-ready updates on technical milestones, risks, and mitigations.
  • Matrix Team Leadership: Direct, influence, and develop cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams in a matrixed environment to execute against aggressive integration timelines.

What can you expect from Mars?
  • Work with diverse and talented Associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
  • Join a purpose-driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.
  • Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.
  • An industry-competitive salary and benefits package, including a company bonus.
