About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect , you will serve as a vital technology strategist, responsible for designing and guiding scalable and innovative architectural frameworks. Your work will proactively address both current and future business challenges by aligning technology solutions with clients' strategic objectives. The role requires a deep technical expertise combined with strong business insight, enabling you to influence technology directions and foster sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, business leaders, and key stakeholders, to develop comprehensive enterprise architecture blueprints. A focus on compliance, governance, and best practices will ensure that solutions remain flexible, maintainable, and robust. This role encourages continuous innovation, supporting client organizations in achieving long-term agility and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices that enable and accelerate client business strategies.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing systems, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for architectural improvements and innovative technology applications.
• Lead architectural design workshops and provide expert guidance and mentorship to development and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure seamless integration of technology initiatives with organizational goals, industry standards, regulatory compliance, and governance models.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and microservices to inform strategic architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to ensure solutions meet current needs and remain scalable for future growth and performance demands.
• Create detailed architectural deliverables including system diagrams, technical documentation, implementation plans, and technology roadmaps.
• Support governance activities aimed at maintaining architectural consistency and quality across multiple concurrent projects.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable technological advancement within client organizations.

Qualifications and Skills

• • Design and implement Agentic AI solutions
  • Develop and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
  • Enable AI adoption across SDLC (development, testing, operations)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and scaling
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot & Copilot Studio
  • Strong programming expertise in Java and/or Python
  • Proven experience in Agentic AI frameworks
  • Good understanding of AI architecture, automation, and system integration

The compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000, depending on geographic location, experience, and skills. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
