JOB INFORMATION
• Job Title: Enterprise Architect Expert
• Grade: Exempt 60

JOB SUMMARY

Leads IT and business unit members in the envisioning and design of solutions that combine business process, information, applications and technology to solve business problems.

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsibilities are varied and complex. Often works outside area of assigned duties. Applies advanced skills in multiple areas. Resolves complex issues which impact business operations both inside and outside own department. Makes unreviewed decisions related to the area of responsibilities. Opinions carry significant weight in policy and strategy decisions.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CIS, or other directly related discipline (And) 12 years experience in building IT solutions, documenting and defining Architecture (data, applications, security), Enterprise Architecture standards and practices, working with COBIT implementations, and building Architecture frameworks; Or
• In lieu of a degree, 18 years experience is required in building IT solutions, documenting and defining Architecture (data, applications, security), Enterprise Architecture standards and practices, working with COBIT implementations, and building Architecture frameworks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Eperience in defining and governing generative AI solutions and related architectures.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• May work hours outside normal workday/workweek.
• Office environment.

SPECIAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAS)
• Broad knowledge of corporate policies and business strategies including disaster recovery, business continuity and risk management.
• Ability to produce, manipulate, communicate, and implement or enhance Enterprise Architecture concepts, roadmaps, principles or effective strategies.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of OGE business process, objectives, milestones and structure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or FEAF.
• Exceptional leadership, planning, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to think laterally and constructively question established process.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and guide the implementation of business aligned IT strategic plans.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
• Required Certifications/Licensures:(Must hold at least one or complete one technical certification (ITIL Foundation Certification or TOGAF Certification) within first year)
