Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Business Applications (EAS) Manager will lead a team responsible for extending, supporting and managing the current implementation of both SaaS and PaaS Oracle Fusion environments and interfacing applications. The EAS Manager will also be responsible for managing the team that supports SunFlower, IBIDS, Maximo and other business applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead experienced IT professionals by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensure team is performing work in alignment with the life cycle policies.
- Supervise employees and perform other managerial responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, mentoring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Have accountability for the quality of work performed by your team.
- Respond to employee questions, concerns, and issues or elevate as appropriate.
- Take immediate action to correct reported or observed unacceptable safety and health conditions and/or behaviors.
- Develop and follow policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Utilize resources to optimize performance including managing a remote workforce effectively and efficiently.
- Show strong leadership and project management skills to appropriately prioritize resource assignments and de-conflict the tasks of multiple requests being approved and worked simultaneously.
- Define operational goals, priorities, budgets and monitoring performance against defined metrics.
- Enforce standards, change management processes, configuration management processes and other company policies to obtain a high quality of customer service.
- Encourage and facilitate both internal and external teamwork of assigned personnel.
- Collaborate with other IT disciplines and functional managers to accomplish company objectives and achieve department goals.
- System functionality must align with business and mission goals of gaining efficiency while ensuring business processes continue to function smoothly and accurately.
QualificationsDue to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience, plus a minimum of 11 years of related and progressively responsible experience.
- Experience in supporting ERP solutions and especially cloud-based systems is highly desirable.

- The primary work location will be at the Losee Road Facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Telecommuting or teleworking will not be a possibility for this position.
- Work schedule will be 4/10s Monday through Thursday (subject to change).
- Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain a HSPD-12 Personal Identity Verification credential under the Department of Energy Order 206.2, 'Identity, Credential, and Access Management,' and Supplemental Directive NNSA SD 206.2, 'Implementation of Personal Identity Verification for Uncleared Contractors.'
Annual salary range for this position is:
$126,984.00 - $203,174.40.Starting salary is determined based on the position market value, the individual candidate education and experience and internal equity.
