Job DescriptionDo you excel at aligning technology investments with strategic goals? Enterprise Applications & Portfolio Manager, a key leadership position at the center of one of the most innovative municipal IT organizations in the country.
The Enterprise Applications & Portfolio Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of enterprise applications that support critical City services and business operations. This role oversees three technology portfolios (ServiceNow, Tyler Enterprise Permitting & Licensing, and Trimble Unity) that provide solutions for IT Service Management, HR, project and portfolio, permitting and licensing, and construction and asset management (among others) through a team of three IT Supervisors and their respective technical teams.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing technical architecture with engineers, collaborating with business leaders to solve operational challenges, and guiding executive stakeholders through technology investment decisions. They understand how to balance customer needs, organizational priorities, and technical best practices to achieve outcomes that deliver long-term value.
