About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise AI Specialist to support the adoption, implementation, and optimization of AI tools and workflows across the Law, HR, Government & Community Relations departments. This role works closely with business leaders, technology teams, and end users to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements, support implementation efforts, and help employees effectively leverage AI technologies in their daily work.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, curiosity about emerging AI technologies, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to help shape how AI is used across the organization while building expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of business transformation.

What you'll do:

AI Program Support
  • Assist in the development and execution of enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Support project planning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation activities.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and outcomes across multiple AI initiatives.
  • Help document best practices, processes, and lessons learned.

AI Opportunity Assessment
  • Partner with business teams to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
  • Conduct process analysis and gather requirements for potential AI use cases.
  • Assist in evaluating the potential impact, feasibility, and business value of AI initiatives.
  • Support pilot programs and proof-of-concept projects.

Employee Enablement
  • Help drive adoption of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, enterprise search platforms, and workflow automation tools.
  • Create user guides, training materials, and enablement resources.
  • Provide support to employees learning to incorporate AI into their work.
  • Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.

Operations & Process Improvement
  • Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for increased efficiency through automation and AI.
  • Assist in documenting current and future-state workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and measure the impact of AI implementations.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across AI-enabled processes.

Reporting & Insights
  • Collect and analyze data related to AI adoption, usage, and business impact.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Communicate project updates and key findings to business partners.

You have these skills:

AI & Technology Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of AI use cases in business operations and productivity.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation.
  • Experience with productivity software, collaboration tools, and data analysis.

And these qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in business operations, legal, HR, consulting, project coordination, technology, product support, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Extra credit if you have:

The annual salary range is posted for this position in California. The salary offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
