Job Description

The Enterprise AI Literacy & Adoption Leader is responsible for driving AI education, training, employee engagement, and utilization across the S-W enterprise. This role builds the enterprise-wide adoption strategy, communication plan, training ecosystem, and measurement approach needed to help employees understand, trust, and apply AI in practical ways that improve individual productivity, team effectiveness, and business impact.

Position is not remote/hybrid and will report to our Cleveland Global Headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the enterprise AI literacy and adoption strategy, including education, communication, engagement, training, and utilization plans across functions, businesses, and regions.
  • Create and execute integrated communication and engagement plans across multiple channels, including email, Viva Engage, internal websites, online learning, in-person training, workshops, employee spotlights, champion networks, and other enterprise channels.
  • Build and manage enterprise AI learning journeys that meet employees where they are, from foundational awareness to practical role-based use cases, responsible AI behaviors, and advanced adoption practices.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of employee AI readiness, adoption maturity, learning needs, usage patterns, obstacles, and resistance points through surveys, listening channels, usage data, feedback loops, and business stakeholder input.
  • Establish adoption, utilization, proficiency, and business impact goals; define success metrics; publish insights; and pivot strategies based on what is driving or limiting measurable value.
  • Apply a structured change management approach to influence behaviors, reduce adoption barriers, activate leaders and champions, and embed AI-enabled ways of working into day-to-day business routines.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, Corporate Communications, IT, Learning & Development, Legal, Security, and AI governance teams to ensure AI adoption is practical, scalable, responsible, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Cultivate enterprise champion networks and communities of practice to scale AI learning, identify practical use cases, share success stories, and reinforce responsible, value-oriented AI behaviors.


Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Technology, Strategy, or related field ii. Change Management certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
  • 6+ years post-college experience in change management, communications, learning, adoption, digital transformation, technology enablement, or related enterprise transformation work.
  • 5+ years' experience developing and executing enterprise change, communications, learning, or adoption programs for leading practice companies.
  • Academic and applied understanding of change management, adult learning, communications, employee engagement, and behavior adoption fundamentals.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate AI concepts into practical, employee-relevant messages.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage, online learning platforms, collaboration tools, and AI productivity tools.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners with poise, tactfulness, diplomacy, and business orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions and to influence adoption without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to use adoption data, employee feedback, and business impact measures to identify barriers, adjust plans, and improve outcomes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills geared towards simplifying field communication
  • Able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.


Preferred:
  • Systems implementation and experience/exposure
  • Experience leading change in a multi-region environment
  • Experience in partnering with HR and Corporate Communications
  • Experience with enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, learning platforms, Viva Engage, Microsoft Copilot, or responsible AI enablement.
