Account Manager - AI Solutions

About the Role

Join our mission to shape the future of AI voice technology. Our AI & Dataset team is seeking a motivated Account Manager dedicated to driving client success and long-term retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, utilizing strategic communication and market insights to expand our revenue footprint. This is a high-impact role for a professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll take ownership of the following key areas:
  • Prospecting potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with our largest customers and prospects. Serve as their primary point of contact and exceed their expectations.
  • Involvement in negotiating Statement of Work (SOW) with clients and facilitating project requests in a purpose-driven environment.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close.
  • Prospect for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts.
  • Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
  • Build customized proposals, pricing, and business cases tailored to enterprise clients' needs.
  • Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Work closely with Professional Services to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.


What You Bring

We're looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
  • Previous on-the-job experience in an individual contributor in a sales position with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions, and readily apply new knowledge required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills
  • Strong contract negotiation and objection-handling abilities
  • Salesforce CRM experience is considered an asset.

Hybrid Work Details: We operate as a hybrid workplace, supporting remote work for our team. Ontario-based employees are required to work from our London office (100 Dundas Street) one pre-set day per month for a full-team gathering, alongside occasional ad-hoc office visits as needed (with reasonable notice). For team members outside of Ontario, office visits are optional but always welcome. Should the company ever require out-of-province employees to attend a specific event, all travel and accommodations will be fully funded.

Compensation:

OTE Range - Canada: $130,000-$180,000 (CAD)

OTE Range - United States: $150,000-$230,000 (USD)

OTE Range - United Kingdom: Competitive base salary plus a performance-driven commission structure tailored to your geographic region.
