The Opportunity

The Enterprise Account Executive (AE) is responsible for developing, closing, and growing a book of up to 24 strategic enterprise accounts. This role focuses on acquiring and managing large, high-value direct customers (non-channel referral business), building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through new business, renewals, and account expansion. The ideal candidate is a sales professional with experience managing sales cycles and expanding enterprise relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise-level customers through direct sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop account strategies that drive long-term revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Conduct discovery presentations, demos, negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Manage the RFP process on large opportunities.

Account Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise customers.
  • Drive account expansion through upselling, and strategic solution adoption.
  • Develop annual account plans and growth strategies for each customer.
  • Maintain regular executive business reviews and customer success discussions.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address risks to retention and growth.
  • Continuously evaluate account performance and revenue potential across their book of business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and RevOps teams to support customer objectives.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally and help shape solutions that deliver business value.
  • Participate in strategic planning, product feedback sessions, and enterprise sales initiatives.

Job Requirements
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales, strategic account management, or business development experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing large enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, digital solutions, marketing solutions, recruitment technology, or similar B2B services.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meetings or exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Knowledge of multi-year contract negotiations and enterprise procurement processes.
