Full Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Equifax Workforce Solutions, you will execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth within an assigned book of Employer Services clients. Operating as a trusted consultant, you will deeply understand your clients' businesses, anticipate their needs, and deliver innovative, data-driven Equifax solutions that demonstrate tangible ROI. You are ultimately accountable for the health, growth, and retention of these strategic accounts.

In this role, you will champion the "voice of the customer" back to Equifax, lead cross-functional internal teams to support your clients, and maintain a highly accurate sales pipeline.

What You'll Do:
  • Establish, maintain and lead key customer relationships; renewing all business
  • Lead Equifax sales efforts for targeted account areas
  • Work seamlessly across Equifax with his/her cross-functional team in order to smoothly engage and coordinate all functional areas as required
  • Assess the client's needs and use appropriate Equifax expertise/solutions for profitable sales
  • On behalf of the target account, develop business cases to support solution development that include the "voice of the customer"
  • Lead negotiations, sales pipeline, pricing and customer contracts
  • Represent Equifax at key customer meetings or customer sponsored events
  • Work with the New Product Innovations (NPI) team to build applicable solutions
  • Collaborate with Equifax partners for integrated solution development


What Experience You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of complex, enterprise-level B2B sales experience (navigating long sales cycles and matrixed corporate environments).
  • Proven track record of independently negotiating and closing mid-to-large complex deals.
  • Demonstrated experience using consultative/strategic selling methodologies.
  • Experience handling customer escalations and providing mentorship or call coaching to junior team members.
  • Deep knowledge of specific industry verticals and a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, with the ability to leverage that knowledge to drive sales.

  • A strong executive presence that immediately establishes credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • An expert ability to diagnose the impact of industry trends, client data, and MBOs to rapidly translate them into sales solutions.
