Position Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive will lead and scale Lucky Strike Entertainment's proactive sales strategy by building a high performing outbound team focused on pipeline development, new business generation, and strategic account acquisition. This role will create a structured outbound motion that consistently generates qualified opportunities across corporate events, group sales, social events, and partnerships across Lucky Strike Entertainment's national portfolio of venues.

This leader will be responsible for building the outbound playbook, developing prospecting strategies, and implementing a disciplined pipeline engine that fuels revenue growth. The Director will partner closely with Event Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure outbound opportunities convert into booked experiences for guests.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a scalable outbound sales strategy designed to generate consistent pipeline for corporate events, team building, group outings, and social gatherings.


  • Own a full outbound pipeline from lead generation through close, with minimal inbound support


  • Conduct high-volume outreach - targeting X+ calls and Y+ emails per day


  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach strategies


  • Run discovery and demo calls to uncover pain points and align solutions to prospect needs


  • Build, lead, and mentor a national outbound sales team responsible for proactive prospecting and lead generation.


  • Design outbound playbooks including prospecting frameworks, messaging strategies, and outreach cadences across phone, email, and social platforms.


  • Launch targeted outbound campaigns to introduce new guests to Lucky Strike Entertainment venues and experiences.


  • Partner closely with Event Sales teams to ensure qualified leads transition smoothly into booked events.


  • Establish pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting processes to monitor performance and ensure accountability.


  • Set and manage KPIs including outbound activity, meetings booked, qualified opportunities created, and pipeline value.


  • Leverage CRM and sales technology to track outreach activity, performance metrics, and sales effectiveness.


  • Collaborate with Marketing to align outbound efforts with brand campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.


  • Continuously analyze outreach data and conversion metrics to refine messaging, targeting, and strategy.


  • Ability to travel to client meetings and events. - 50% travel


What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of sales leadership or business development experience with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and pipeline development.


  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics, and pipeline forecasting.


  • Highly organized with a process driven mindset and strong operational discipline.


  • Proven track record in outbound or hunter-style sales roles (no order-taking)


  • Comfortable with rejection - resilient, coachable, and motivated by a challenge


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling outreach from scratch


  • Self-starter who thrives without a warm lead queue




The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 plus commission.
