Your Impact

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new account acquisition across an assigned territory by developing and executing a strategic sales approach for CivicPlus' top market segment. In this role, you will partner across teams, guide local government prospects through the full buying cycle, and help bring innovative web-based software solutions to communities that rely on CivicPlus.

What you'll do
  • Sell web-based software to local governments within the assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed assigned territory goals.
  • Forecast business within the territory in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work directly with lead-generation, account management, technical, and support staff to manage the totality of the buying cycle.
  • Generate new opportunities through a variety of prospecting activities within new logo accounts.
  • Maintain excellent documentation; attention to detail in reporting is essential.
  • Aggressively close new business through short- to mid-length sales cycles.
  • Develop consultative and trusted-advisor relationships with local governments within the assigned territory.
  • Lead and assist in presentations for new account acquisition.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support team and company success.

  • Ability to manage multiple detailed tasks simultaneously with accuracy and within required timeframes.

Compensation and benefits
  • Estimated Salary Grade: $91,500 - $135,500
    • Anticipated Base Compensation Range: $95,000 - $100,000
    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
  • Variable Pay: Based on Set Quota
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, Flexible Time Off, 401(k) plan, and more.
