Job SummaryThe Enterprise Account Director is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with retail pharmacy leaders and other influential industry verticals. This role requires a consultative sales approach, deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, and the ability to craft tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.
Essential Functions- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through industry analysis, market research, and executive outreach.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, setting measurable goals and action plans.
- Collaborate with Solution Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to create impactful client-facing materials and ensure commercial alignment.
- Maintain expertise on pharmacy operations, payer trends, and adjacent markets affecting the industry.
- Conduct workflow analyses and gap assessments to define value from current to future state.
- Develop customized engagement strategies for C-suite and executive stakeholders within pharmacy and related verticals.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and prospects, driving revenue growth and achieving quota targets.
- Establish and maintain long-term C-suite relationships to support strategic partnerships.
- Deliver consultative, data-driven business cases to demonstrate measurable value and ROI.
- Lead product demonstrations and represent EnlivenHealth at industry events and forums.
- Negotiate strategic SaaS agreements in collaboration with cross-functional teams for sustainable growth.
- Maintain disciplined sales practices, including pipeline management and Salesforce reporting.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD) preferred.
- 5-7 years of enterprise-level sales or consulting experience in healthcare technology, pharmacy, or related fields.
- Proven track record in SaaS or value-based solution sales, ideally with innovative or early-adoption products.
- Consultative and insight-driven selling style, able to challenge industry norms and offer innovative solutions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to demonstrate how technology optimizes pharmacy operations and healthcare workflows.
- Creative problem-solving skills; able to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, committed to organizational success.
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Work Environment- Field-based, home office environment.
- Requires 50%+ travel for client engagement.
- Strong executive presence and readiness for high-level strategic discussions required.
